Chairman Wontumi will shut Tony Aidoo up’-Opoku Mensah

Following the declaration of the emergence of a novel vigilante group (Tiger Force) born by the main opposition political party-NDC which resulted from the loss of interested by the State Attorney to pursue the law suit against the Delta Force; a key communication team member of the ruling New Patriotic Party-Mr. Opoku Mensah has today Monday, May 22, 2017 on Nhyira 104.5 FM’s morning show dared Yakubu Tony Aidoo, the commander of the Tiger Force to attempt embarking on anything similar to what Mr. Joseph Yamine did with his boys and subsequently maneuvered for the transfer of a police commander who stood firm to enforce the law against the illegality of an NDC affiliated vigilante group motivated by Joseph Yamine.

He iterated that on the contrary, the Delta 8 have been left to go through the legal mill; and as well the Delta 13 are still in court. He added that the NPP is not condoning illegal acts, in general and particularly the actions of the Delta Force that is why we resort to the court of law and submit whoever is found flouting any part of the laws of our country.

Again, he sent a stern warning to the Tiger Force, and as well expressed confidence in the current regional chairman if the ruling NPP – Mr. Antwi-Boasiako ( Wontumi) that he (Chairman Wontumi) would not sit aloof for any perpetrators to drag the reputation of the Ashanti Region and the entire nation into the mud.
