Many times we love to make noises about ‘support your own’ but when it comes down to it, more often than not it turns out to be all talk and no action.
What we’re hearing about the CEO of the Kantanka Group of Companies seems to be in line with this although if it’s true it completely delegitimizes any of the arguments he’s making for help for his company.
Kwadwo Safo Jnr has been in the news recently ranting and raving against the government for squeezing local industries including his own whilst giving incentives to foreign companies.

His anger was after news came out that VW was coming to set up a plant in Ghana with incentives from government.
However, it seems people are not truly sympathizing with Kwadwo Safo’s complaints because he apparently drives a foreign car himself.
On social media, he’s being lambasted for driving a Mercedes, whilst other members of his family are also said to drive foreign cars.

The criticism is simple – if you don’t believe in your own car whilst should someone else believe in it for you.
