AFCON 2017: Injured Gyan to under go MRI test today

Black Stars captain, Asamoah Gyan went off the game in the first half, with a suspected hamstring, as Ghana suffered a 0-1 defeat against Egypt.

Mohammed Salah’s powerful free kick on the 11 minute sent Egypt to the top of group D at the expense of Ghana.
The 31-year-old walked off the field in disappointment as he failed to continue the game and was replaced by Jordan Ayew in the 40 minute.
Gyan will undergo a test today [Thursday] to finalise and determine the extent of the injury.
Ghana will face DR Congo on Sunday for a place in the semi-finals of the AFCON in Gabon
