Abronye Brings Kevin Taylor, Kufuor, and Akufo-Addo to Light Regarding Dubious Projects

 

Abronye claimed in his vehement speech on Ohia TV that many of the development projects started under the Kufuor and Akufo-Addo administrations were not what they seemed. He asserted that these programmes, which are frequently hailed as national triumphs, were really created to enrich a small number of people at the expense of public funds. The controversial figure pointed to specific infrastructure projects, youth programmes, and housing schemes that he said were either grossly inflated, poorly executed, or remained incomplete despite massive financial investments.

Abronye then turned to Kevin Taylor, dismissing the journalist’s anti-corruption position as biassed and driven by politics. He claimed that Taylor purposefully stays away from looking into issues that would implicate his investors, contributing to the issue rather than solving it.

Given that the NPP is clearly experiencing internal strife as it struggles with its history and future course, the timing of these accusations is especially noteworthy. Some party members reject Abronye’s claims as attention-seeking ploys that ultimately damage the party’s unity and public image, while others see him as a vital truth-teller who bravely faces corruption within his own political family.
