22, YEAR OLD SEAMSTRESS APPRENTICE ESCAPES RITUAL MURDER

 

A 22 year old seamstress apprentice was nearly used by her own madam, five brothers of the madam and a pastor for rituals meant to enrich their galamsey site to gain more gold at Twifo Praso in the Twifo Atti-morkwa district of central region.

 

On the 29/04/2023 about 2:30pm, madam Delali Saga the seamstress madam asked Grace Arthur who is her apprentice to go with one Yaw Nicholas who is a brother of the madam to deliver some items to a customer. So, the innocent Grace Arthur joined Nicholas on a motto bike.

 

After they had gone too far, the suspicious Grace Arthur begun to ask the Nicholas questions as where they were actually going to but Nicholas shouted at her to keep quiet until she was sent to an isolated building which is a residence of Pastor Osomafour Emmanuel Ahoe the leader of Israel House Chapel around Twifo Praso nursing and midwifery college where she was handed over to 5 men in the house.

 

Grace Arthur further explained what actually transpired at pastor Osomafour Emmanuel Ahoe’s residence.

 

Grace after securing her life from the perpetrators reported the matter to her family who also immediately summoned pastor Osomafour Emmanuel Ahoe, madam Delali Saga and her brothers to Twifo Kayireku Palace. After seven hours of interrogations by the chiefs, Pastor Osomafour Emmanuel Ahoe the leader of Israel House Chapel, Madam Delali Saga and her five brothers admitted and confessed that, they wanted to use the 22 year old seamstress apprentice, Grace Arthur for rituals to boost their gains at a galamsey site they are operating.

Based on this, Nana Kofi Ntiakoh IV the chief of Twifo Ashire who doubles as the Tufohene of Kayireku divisional area fined the them gh1,500, 2 male sheep, 2 bottles of shinnaps, 2 crates of minerals and 1 bottle of Akpeteshie

 

Mr. Kwadjo Nugbor who spoke on behalf of the victim’s family expressed unflinching gratitude to God for the protection of the poor innocent Grace Arthur and also thanked the chiefs for the fair ruling on the matter.
