Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi, founder and leader Glorious Wave Chapel International, has issued a strong warning to players in the Kumawood movie industry over its impending collapse.
According to Prophet Kobi, the Kumawood industry is in its current state because of the spiritual battles happening among actors.
In a video sighted by ghbase.com, Prophet Kobi was heard saying that some of the stars in the industry has been going for ‘juju’ to bring down others and until such practices are stopped, the industry would die completely.
Prophet Kobi specially mentioned the name of the popular actor, Bill Asamoah who doubles as the President of the Ashanti Regional branch of the Ghana Actors Guild tasking him to bring unity to the industry.
“Tell Bill Asamoah that Prophet Badu Kobi said He (Bill Asamoah) should bring unity in the Kumawood Industry and not separation,” he said in the video.
Earlier, Prophet Kobi had revealed to Kwaku Twumasi the reason why he was paralyzed and struggling to get back on his feet after he was hit with a series of health issues.
He told him that his mother sought help from somewhere before he was born and did not go back to thank the person and also there was another person who helped when he was sick that had not been properly thanked and all these were causing the series of health issues he has been encountering for the past 8 years.
The man of God prayed for Kwaku Twumasi and asked him to see him for special spiritual direction which was intended to turn his life around.
