Owusu Bempah not my spiritual father – Prophet Gaisie

The growing feud between Founder and Leader of the True Fire Prophetic Ministry, Prophet Nigel Gaisie and Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah does not seem to be ending anytime soon.

In the latest twist, Prophet Nigel Gaisie has taken to radio to announce that Rev. Owusu Bempah is not his spiritual father.

Rev. Owusu Bempah had claimed in an earlier radio interview that Prophet Nigel Gaisie is his ‘junior’ who does not match the prowess of a ‘senior prophet’ like him.

He also claimed to have nurtured Prophet Nigel in the ministry, adding he cannot match him, Rev Owusu Bempah in delivery of prophecies.

But speaking on Accra-based Okay FM, Prophet Nigel Gaisie said Owusu Bempah is not his spiritual father.

According to him, Apostle Emmanuel Afriyie Amoako, Bishop Salifu Amoako, Apostle Okoe Hackman and Bishop Amaniampong are his spiritual fathers who trained him.

“Owusu Bempah is not my Spiritual Father. He can never be. Apostle Emmanuel Afriyie Amoako, Bishop Salifu Amoako, Apostle Okoe Hackman and Bishop Amaniampong are my fathers who pray for me and continue to help me spiritually.

“I am not sure Owusu Bempah will recognize me if he sees me. We have nothing in common; he should stop spreading falsehood,” he continued.

Asked by the host if he and Rev Bempah have met before, Prophet Nigel Gaisie explained he once went to the church of the latter to pray.

This was when Prophet Nigel went to a TV station near Rev Bempah’s church to submit a CD.

“When I entered the church, I dropped money on the altar. He [Rev Bempah] prayed over the money and anointed every member as it is the case in almost every church. That does not mean he did it specifically for me or makes him my spiritual father. He doesn’t even know who Prophet Nigel is,” he added.
