Chief and people of Yakoko uses communal labour to construct their roads

 

Yakoko is a town situated in the Ayesuano district of the Kraboa Coatal  municipality. The town is very close to the Adoagyiri Nsawam district which is a branch road off the Suhum high way.

Ever since the main road was diverted from the town in 1951, the community has faced a lot of problems due to bad roads to the township.

 

The Chief of the community Nana Okattah Amoa  organized the residence of Yakoko to do communal labour to fix the road to the town and this is what he told flyfmghana.com :

Speaking with the assembly member of the town, he also has this to say

Mbrantehere Kwasi Otu also made some allegations against the DCE Madam Governer and the member of the Parliament Honourable  Samuel Ayeh Pee for abunding them on developmental projects in the town.

Lastly, Osafohene Kofi Offei and other residence also told flyfmghana.com  problems that they are facing concerning the bad roads.

In conclusion, the chief of Yakoko township, Nana Okattah Amoa ll and the residents pleaded to the

Npp Government to come to their aid to rehabilitate the roads.
