ANLOGA JUNCTION-ABOABO ROAD TO BE CLOSED FOR REPAIR WORKS

Due to repair works to be carried out between Anloga junction and the Aboabo Rail way lines, tomorrow, Wednesday, 23rd May, 2018, vehicular traffic will be blocked on that stretch of the road.

Motorists/drivers, are therefore, being advised to use the alternative routes provided below by the Urban roads, to avert any inconvenience.

1. Motorists coming from KNUST to Aboabo, Airport Roundabout, Suame, are to use the road in front of the Oforikrom STC to join the Aboabo road, to their destinations.

2. Again, vehicles coming from Ahodwo and heading towards Aboabo, are to make a turn at Anloga junction and drive towards TECH/KNUST, then use the STC road through to Aboabo road.

3. Those coming from Kejetia/Labor, to Aboabo, are advised to join the Asawase road at Amakom traffic to Aboabo and it’s environs.

4. However, vehicles coming from KNUST to Kejetia or Kejetia to KNUST as well as those which will not use the Anloga-Aboabo road will not need to make any diversion to their destinations.

The repair works is expected to be completed in one week.
