Agya Koo’s monopoly led to his downfall – Movie Director

Movie Director, Jackson K. Bentum has revealed in an interview monitored by MyNewsGh.com that renowned Kumawood actor Agya Koo known in real life as Kofi Adu is solely responsible for his unfortunate predicament in the movie industry.

He told Zionfelix Agya Koo’s monopoly led him to make absurd and inconsiderate demands and that was the reason movie producers got fed up with him and stopped featuring him in their movies.

He explained, “It is simply impossible for anyone to reign eternally in the showbiz industry, you can only enjoy while you are at your peak. There will always be someone to succeed you, but for Agya Koo he caused his own downfall”.

He condemned monopoly in the industry and encouraged producers and directors to give fresh faces opportunities in the industry because they have the potential of blossoming and doing far better than the new faces.
