Ten Students Of Anum Apapam SHS Benefits Of Tablets From NDC South Africa Chapter!

 

The National Democratic Congress (NDC), Chapter in South Africa, has in partnership with the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ayensuano Constituency in the Eastern Region, Mr Teddy Saforo Addi has handed over a total of ten tablets to ten adopted brilliant students of Anum Apapam Senior High School (SHS).

 

The initiative, is the first phase in the constituency, facilitated by the NDC Chapter in South Africa.

 

Speaking in an interview with journalists, the Chairman of NDC South Africa Chapter, Mr. Mohammed Bukari on behalf of the members was proud of supporting the ten students in the Anum Apapam SHS.

 

Mr Bukari was of the views that the decision for the chapter to donate the tablets to the students of the school was centered on the numerous challenges his outfit has experienced when some members of the chapter joined the MP to visit Anum Apapam SHS for sometime ago.

 

He asserted that that visit formed part of the MP’s decision to embark on his Thank Your Tour,” of the constituency to thank the constituents for an overwhelming victory after the 2020 General elections.Honorable Teddy noted that he couldn’t have made it without thier immerse support.

Mr. Bukari described Mr.Teddy Saforo Addi as a sort of motivation to the youth of Ghana, hence their decision to support him to improve on the educational needs for the students of the school in his constituency.

 

“The upsurge in usage of internet and electronic devices have given technology a boost and that the tablets given to them will help with their research works, and also go a long way to help the students achieve their own goals in this school,”Mr.Bukari explained.

 

10 Students were initially selected as benificiariesFor this project but been motivated today we have decided to adopt 5 more students into the fold.

For his part, the MP for Ayensuoano Constituency at the handing over ceremony, expressed delight and gratitude with the progress made through his partnership with the NDC Chapter in South Africa

 

He expressed appreciation to the chapter for their immense support and assistance in realizing his agenda of providing quality education to the youths in the area.

“I am thanking the chairman of the NDC south Africa Chapter, Mr. Mohammed Bukari for this wonderful and beautiful gesture, l mean education is something that l have tried heaven on earth to make sure l improve in the Ayensuano constituency.

 

“But there is one critical things l need to plead with the government to do for me is the poor road network which link to the Anum Apapam SHS.Sometimes when my students walked from long distance just to have access to education, you would not believe it.

 

“And even the teachers, there at times when it rains they cannot even come to the school to teach. So l am appealing to the government to come to our aid to fix the road for us,” he stressed.

He stressed that Anum SHS needs access to good road so that both teachers and students can have peace to learn.
