Leadership is not just a magnetic act but it is enduringly a manifestation of impeccable abilities.
It is not an adventure for making friends and inappropriately influencing people, it is a very serious endeavour devoid of flattery.
Leadership lifts a person’s vision in an incremental order to demonstrate competence, and it is on account of these attributes that the indifagitible Stephen Ayesu Ntim comes to mind.
It will be recalled that Stephen Ayesu Ntim once upon a time singlehandedly adopted the Volta region by contributing seed money for the purchase of a plot of land to build our party’s office at a time when we had no representative in parliament from the region. A vision motivated by the belief that one day the party will have a representative from the region. This has been achieved and the construction of this regional office is ongoing. There’s also a member of Parliament from the Volta region.
Leadership raises a person’s performance to a higher podium, solidifying interconnections to dislodge some limitations.
This exemplifies Stephen Ntim’s desire for functional leadership for the enhancement of administrative satiety.
Stephen Ayesu Ntim epitomizes the capacity for generational thinking, the redemption of situational leadership, which is all essential ingredients that every good organization will need for the maintenance of its survival.
Let us break the 8 together as we identify leaders who are capable, time teste, and poised to contribute to our success.
In him, through him, a great political party such as ours can win together to protect the Ghana project come 2024.
His name is Stephen Ntim, and he is personified by dedication to success, honesty, and unity.
I do not have to say more.
