We see a major problem that has the potential of unsettling NPP in the Ashanti Region in the offing if immediate step is not taken by those who matter to address it as soon as possible.
We have uncovered a comprehensive plan by Chairman Wontumi and his assigns, lead by one Andy to undermine the authority of Sam PYNNE in the aftermath of the Regional election that has been slated for April ending.
This plan was occasioned after Chairman Wontumi failed attempt to persuade Lawyer Adom Appiah, his confidant, to contest the position of regional secretary, a position currently held by Sam PYNNE who has given hint of seeking for reelection.
The next strategy has been to find a way to get Lawyer Adom Appiah in the system as a Deputy Regional Secretary.
The overall plan is to get his preferred candidate as the Deputy Regional Secretary so as to make his agenda of sidelining Sam PYNNE as far as the activities of the party is concern easier.
As the day of the election draws nearer, the assigns of Chairman Wontumi have started circulating the list of Aspirants who they wish to work with and surprisingly, conspicuously missing in the list for Secretary is Sam PYNNE.
We as a group see this machination by Chairman Wontumi and his assigns to push an unpopular candidate, who in the first place didn’t want to stand for an election, with an intention to undermine and sabotage Sam PYNNE will spell doom for the fortune of the party if allowed to succeed.
We therefore urge the leadership of the party and the delegates to intervene in whatever form to stop this special arrangement by Chairman Wontumi in deciding who will Deputize Sam PYNNE.
We also wish to remind Chairman Wontumi to focus on his own campaign as the signal we are picking on the ground seem not to be going in his favour.
Some constituencies we have visited so far paints a very gloomy picture of his chance in the April polls.
Leave the finest Secretary for Ashanti , Sam PYNNE, alone and concentrate on the battle ahead of you.
